Toll House Cookies

  • Great for kids after school snacks with a glass of milk!
  • 2 ¾ cup Punjas Normal Flour
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Anchor Butter (room temp)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups choc chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

 

Method:

 

  • Preheat oven to 190 C
  • Grease and line two baking trays
  • Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla
  • Combine sifted flour, baking powder and salt and gently stir in to the butter mixture.
  • Stir in choc chips and nuts
  • Scoop tablespoons of cookie dough onto the baking trays about 5 cms apart.
  • Bake for around 10 minutes.
